How do you prioritize sleep?  Or maybe the better question is, do you prioritize sleep?  Are you even aware of how some of actions/lifestyle habits might impede your sleep?  As we reach midlife - especially women - so much is going on with hormones which could also impede sleep.

Today I welcomed Morgan Adams, a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach to my show to talk all things sleep related.
